The website was super easy to use. When I called the shop, the salesperson was VERY helpful and very nice. The delivery was same day which I requested and really appreciated. The arrangement itself was average. I ordered the premium version and it didn’t appear to be any better than the basic version. I prefer to walk into a florist to order, but that wasn’t possible.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.
